Have you met people who have this compulsive impulsive habit of talking? Well I have, the people (Lets call them I-Can-Talk-Non-Stop or ICTNS for short ) I am referring to can talk non-stop on any given topic making sense or no-sense at all. ICTNS exhibit typical symptoms, any sort of pause disturb them, in a meeting they would try and answer all questions even if the questions are not addressed to them, these guys are highly opinionated, they enjoy having the last word, each syllable uttered after the last word leads to a brand new discussion. More funny is the way these breed of people are treated by other normal people, sometimes a few wise men can see through the non-sense bombardment, but many people are awe-struck, ICTNS have a gala time fooling gullible people.
